Return & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your new hair as much as we do. If something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle returns and exchanges:

Return Eligibility:

You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if you meet these conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • The adjustable self-locking tie and tags are fully intact.
  • It’s in original condition.

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept items once the adjustable self-locking tie has been removed.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

To start your request, contact us via Instagram DM or email at newstylebymaye@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your order. Please include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos if the item is faulty.

Processing Times:

  • Once we receive your return, we’ll process it within 48 hours.
  • Store credits will be issued as a digital voucher via email.
  • Refunds (if applicable) may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

Manufacturing Faults:

In the unlikely event your item has a manufacturing fault, we’ll cover return shipping and offer you a choice of exchange, store credit, or refund.

Change of Mind or Incorrect Selection:

If you’ve changed your mind or selected the wrong item, return shipping is at your expense. In this case, we offer either an exchange or store credit only.

Damages & Issues:

Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately — we’re here to make it right.

Delivery Address Accuracy:

Please ensure the delivery address provided at checkout is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Your Agreement:

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you’ve read and agree to our Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Important:

  • Sale items are final sale.
  • Returns received after 48 hours won’t be accepted.
  • We’re not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by postal services.
