Dispatch Times

  • Orders are packed and dispatched from Melbourne within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be sent the next business day.

Delivery Estimates (Australia)

We ship with Sendle and Australia Post, depending on your location and delivery address.

  • Same-State Metro Areas: 2–3 business days.
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–5 business days.
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 4–7 business days.

Please note delivery times are estimates provided by the couriers and may vary.

Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping (tracked): $10 AUD.
  • Express Shipping (tracked): $14 AUD.

Free Shipping Offer

We love spoiling our customers — so we offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $120 AUD.

The free shipping offer is automatically applied at checkout when your order total reaches $120 or more (excluding shipping costs).

Shipping Methods

  • We use Sendle for most residential and business addresses.
  • If your shipping address includes a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker, we will automatically send your parcel via Australia Post.

Tracking

Every order comes with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. Tracking info is sent via email once your order ships.
