To request a change of colour or style, please meet these conditions:

- The Ponytail must must be unused, in perfect condition, and with the Self-Locking Tie still attached.

- You have 24 hours after receiving your order to request an exchange via email newstylebymaye@gmail.com

- Products must be returned in their original product packaging, undamaged.

- Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.

- Please note: We do not offer refunds for change of mind. Approved returns are eligible for exchange only, If your preferred item isn’t available, you can select any other product from our store of the same value.
